We appreciate that your corporate turnaround may well be extremely stressful for you and your management colleagues, requiring very different skills from those you call upon when running your business under normal circumstances.One of the most important characteristics required for a successful turnaround is focused leadership, and where such skills and experience may be required from outside your business, we can introduce suitably experienced turnaround executives, usually in an interim capacity.
Typically we access individuals for the roles of Chairman, Chief Executive, and Finance Director from our own pre-qualified panel of experienced turnaround executives or from specialist interim management agencies. We may also appoint turnaround executives who are members of the Society of Turnaround Professionals or individuals whom we have found via market contacts and industry knowledge. We can also access interim managers to fill other functional roles.
