Partnership Liquidation
Partnership Liquidation as one of several options for you if your business is suffering financial difficulties.The Partnership can be placed into liquidation by an Order of The Court on the petition of a creditor, providing that creditor (or creditors) is owed £750 or more. To wind up the partnership, there must be eight or more partners.
