Partnership Liquidation

Partnership Liquidation as one of several options for you if your business is suffering financial difficulties.

The Partnership can be placed into liquidation by an Order of The Court on the petition of a creditor, providing that creditor (or creditors) is owed £750 or more. To wind up the partnership, there must be eight or more partners.

We can carry out a rapid review of your business to identify whether liquidation is the most appropriate way of dealing with your financial affairs. We will consider alternative forms of rescue procedure whilst negotiating terms with creditors.

Where Partnership Liquidation is the optimum choice, we’ll work with you to maximise assets so as to secure the best result for all parties.
