Landlord Financial Covenant
The Financial Covenant review exercise can be undertaken for landlords who are concerned about the financial viability of their tenants.The work will involve a review of any available public financial accounting information relating to the tenant and any information the tenant is willing to provide including for example financial projections.
We can assist the landlord in agreeing repayment plans for any outstanding rent from their tenant or in protecting the landlord’s interests if their tenant has entered an insolvency process.
