John Kelly
John started his insolvency and corporate recovery career after qualifying with one of the predecessor firms of Ernst & Young in Leicester. In 1983 he moved to Birmingham and was admitted to partnership in 1985 as one of the youngest corporate recovery partners. After 24 years with Ernst & Young, he moved to Buchler Phillips (now Kroll) in 1997 and joined the Birmingham office of Begbies Traynor in 2004. His major assignments have included the Alexandra Theatre, Moseley & Coventry Rugby Club, Luton Town and Notts County football clubs.
