Business Stabilisation

Understanding and addressing reasons for difficulties; assisting with cash management; managing working capital; supporting and managing stakeholder needs.

The need for our services will arise because of some form of crisis. It could be caused by an unexpected external event but more usually the crisis results from a spiral of decline (initially this may go unnoticed) that eventually leads to major cash difficulties. Whilst the problems may arise from either lack of profitability or lack of funding, ultimately, major cash difficulties may arise.

Our priority will be to understand fully the underlying reasons for the crisis within your client’s business - then we’ll immediately provide advice as to the short-term measures that can be taken to reduce the impact of the problems affecting the company. Wherever possible, we’ll make recommendations designed to enhance cash-flow and generate liquidity. We’ll also take steps to help rebuild the confidence of stakeholders and deal with their needs, encouraging people to belief in the viability of the business – and creating sufficient breathing space to start the turnaround process.
