Effective solutions that address your problems

If your company is in financial difficulties, it’s crucial that you seek our help immediately so we can quickly address your problems. We deal with small and large cases, and we’ll ensure that the most appropriate people work with you. We appreciate your situation, so we’ll present straightforward options, simplify technical matters and seek realistic solutions.
In many instances, your cash-flow issues may be dealt with by raising more funds or insolvency may be the only option - but even then, there may be a suitable solution such as business buy-back. Where appropriate, we can help you keep control of your company, but assist in formally proposing a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA) to your creditors.

Once you’ve contacted us, there’s a range of choices that we can examine, including:
  • Corporate Rescue: designed to keep your company trading so you can trade back to profit.
  • Corporate Recovery: the formal process of insolvency, when Corporate Rescue is not an option.
